we ensure that the item for delivery is in proper condition. User can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or user can contact our customer support team and Jak Trading LLC will do the needful.

All products listed on our website can be returned subject to the following conditions:

A product cannot be returned unless it is a defective, broken, faulty, leaking or not of satisfactory quality.
