Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Return
A product is eligible for return only if it is defective, broken, faulty, leaking, damaged in transit, or not of satisfactory quality / not as described.

You can:

Refuse/return it to our delivery personnel at the time of delivery, or
Contact our customer support team within 7 days.

Not Eligible for Return

Damages due to mishandling or misuse by customer.
Products with tampered, removed or missing labels / serial numbers.
Any product returned without all original packaging, accessories, box, manufacturer's packaging, and original invoice.
Consumables like toners / inks that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Method & Fees
For defective / wrong / damaged items verified by us, we will arrange a free pickup or provide a free return label - Free Return.
If the return is approved, we will schedule pickup from your address.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected (within 2 business days), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be via bank transfer.
